Personal, Social and Emotional Development	How Flexiphonics can aid in achieving the EYFS goals
Continue to be interested, excited and motivated to learn	"Where learning is fun" is our tag line. Our aim is to encourage and motivate children to reach there potential through subliminal fun learning techniques.
Be confident to try new activities, initiate ideas and speak in a familiar group	Flexiphonics is a new programme designed to aid communication and stimulate imagination.  Throughout the activity the children are able to share their ideas to influence the details of the story.
Maintain attention, concentrate, and sit quietly when appropriate	The programme is split into bite-sized pieces to maintain concentration. Their attention will be kept through fun songs and adventure story movement. The relaxation at the end of each lesson will allow the children time to be quite and relaxed.
Respond to significant experiences, showing a range of feelings when appropriate	We encourage the children and parents to be able to loose their inhibitions, together, through fun songs and actions.
Have a developing awareness of their own needs, views and feelings and be sensitive to the needs, views and feelings of others	The children will be encouraged to share their views and feelings with other children and parents and will listen to those of others.
Have a developing respect for their own cultures and beliefs and those of others	Flexiphonics is open to all children and parents/ carers. Everyone can access Flexiphonics, which is why we have taken our product to children centres and schools. By encouraging social interaction of different cultures we hope to assist in developing respect for one another.
Form good relationships with adults and peers	The children will be interacting and learning to socialise as part of a group. Flexiphonics is also designed to enhance the bond between parent/ carer and child through sharing play and touch.
Work as part of a group or class, taking turns and sharing fairly, understanding that there needs to be agreed values and codes of behaviour for groups of people, including adults and children to work together harmoniously	The children will learn to take direction by listening and following movements / instructions. Group relaxation will include tasks where children will need to take turns and share the equipment.
Understand what is right, what is wrong and why	Parents and carers will provide this guidance during the lessons with our support.
Understand that people have different needs, views, cultures and beliefs, that need to be treated with respect	Flexiphonics believes in everyone working together to attain the same goal and will show and encourage respect within the group.
